Strength Tek have been providing management services
and staffing for the Nortel Fitness Center since 1987.
I have been the Nortel manager responsible for setting
objectives and measuring the performance of this vendor
for the past 2 years.
Strength Tek has responded progressively to the changing
definition of wellness in an occupational setting. Lorne
Goldenberg and his managers have demonstrated innovation
and enthusiasm in ensuring that the latest Fitness and
related Wellness programs are available to our employees
not only at our Fitness Center but in the workplace. The
quality of their staff and programs have been reflected
in a dramatic growth in membership, particularly over
the last 18 months.
As an ISO-registered organization, our process for measuring
vendor performance in terms of cost, performance and customer
satisfaction is rigorously monitored on a monthly basis.
Surveys and focus group testing confirm that Strength
Tek and its employees are meeting or exceeding our requirements.
